Controlled Access Area

The operation of vehicles’ Controlled Access Area at Mykonos Airport is exclusively addressed to professional users who have submitted electronically all the necessary supporting documents for signing a private contract with Fraport Greece.

Requests should be sent to the email address[email protected] at least five (5) working days before the desired effective date. The necessary supporting documents are the following:

1. Customer Form (attached)
2. Vehicle’s license
3. Vehicle’s insurance
4. GEMI Announcement
5. Proof of deposit for the amount regarding the entry card guarantee, the monthly fee and the guarantee of proper use of the Controlled Access Area (in a comment the description of the category deposit, “card/monthly fee/warranty”) (Fraport Greece Β Bank account - Αlpha Bank, ΙΒΑΝ GR30 0140 1010 1010 0200 2304 236, ΒIC: CRBAGRAA)

Note 1: Users may settle the payment of the monthly fee for more than one (1) calendar months and/or until the end of the contract period in advance (until 31.10.2024).

Note 2: The renewal of the cards shall take place at least five (5) working days before the desired effective date as well and the proof of deposit for the amount shall be sent to the email address [email protected], accompanied with customer’s details and the corresponding period of activation.

Note 3: The delivery of the invoices will be implemented through the platform https://e-invoicing.entersoft.gr/Account/Login, by logging in the personalized data, which have been sent to customer’s contact email.

Taxis’ will enter the Controlled Access Area with the corresponding entry card per vehicle and no other charge will apply regarding time charge or warranty of proper use.

After submitting properly and in full the supporting documents, professional users can receive their card(s) and a signed copy of the contract from the relevant office located on the 1st floor of the Departures building (office 1330) inside Mykonos’ Airport terminal, during working days (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 and 17:00.

Entry cards will be returned at the above responsible office, during working days (Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00) where the Termination of the Contract with corresponding Protocol of Delivery - Receipt of the cards will be signed between the contracted parties. The amount of entry cards’ warranty to be refunded will be corresponding to the number of returned cards and it will take place after the termination of the contract (and until the end of the calendar year 31.12.2024). The same will apply for the warranty deposit per vehicle, which will be refounded, considering that no financial residuals are pending.
