but also conquered the top on the Greek list of
bestselling books written in the English language.
“I love Mykonos very much and I’ve always
wanted to write something about it, about its
natural beauty, people and culture’’ says Jeffrey

από τη σειρά εννέα βιβλίων με πρωταγωνιστή
τον επιθεωρητή Andreas Kaldis, εκτός από
bestseller, έγινε και το πρώτο σε πωλήσεις
αγγλόφωνο βιβλίο στην Ελλάδα. «Αγαπώ τη
Μύκονο πάρα πολύ και ήθελα πάντα να γράψω
κάτι γι’ αυτήν, για την ομορφιά του τοπίου
της, για τους ανθρώπους και την κουλτούρα
της. Κάποια στιγμή λοιπόν σκέφτηκα ότι θα
ήταν πολύ πιο ενδιαφέρον και διαφορετικό
να γράψω ένα αστυνομικό μυθιστόρημα», λέει
ο Jeffrey Siger και συνεχίζει: «Οι ντόπιοι μού
